  • Once a proposal is accepted by an Employer

    Have you agreed on a project cost?

    Once a proposal is accepted by an Employer, the Employer can contact the Freelancer directly through the platform to confirm any additional information.

  • Agree on milestones and make initial payments if required

    Have you set deadlines and project timelines?

    The Employer can then set project milestones, which will be sent through the QWIDPRO platform to the freelancer for approval. Once approved, the work can commence and agreed upfront payments can be made by the Employer. It is the freelancers responsibility to ensure that amounts are paid by the Employer as and when required as per the agreed upon milestones.
