We are looking for an experienced Zendesk user with a deep understanding of the platform and its features. The ideal candidate will be able to help us and teach us how to configure our Zendesk account, customize our customer service workflows, and optimize our customer service process. They will also be able to troubleshoot and resolve any issues we may be facing.

 

Responsibilities, Show us how to:

Configure a Zendesk account

Create and manage customer service workflows

Optimize customer service processes

Troubleshoot and resolve Zendesk issues

Provide detailed reports and insights

 

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience with Zendesk

Strong understanding of Zendesk features and functionality

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
